i am unable to see any footer information there ,
it is clear that you work hard overall giving not good impression
it doesn't look me good organized site.

left most ( Rare Music Downloads from Mbop ) text area it look bad to me.

its clear you need more work on template.

Well, let me see....
Not bad, in general. But, I'd rather choose a smaller font and make tha size of the whole wenpage lil bit smaller. Believe me or not - it will make it look better! And also I'd work more with a header...It's so plain, why dont you add some colors to it?? How about logo? I think it would make you and your stuff more distinguishable on the web.

Nice color combination. but the text you have put on left side in not good. it should not be bold. an the page length of the page is too much more which is looks annoying. And I think the rounded corner might be more useful.

- using a MAC and Safari 5.0 there is something not working with your LABELS drop down menu. The label drops down then just shows River prestige and fountain. In FF unless you hit the sweet spot it bounces up and down.

- text, as found on the left is always harder to read if its aligned center. Its always easier to read if its left aligned.

- when you use a link there is no indication of where you are. Some kind of I'am Here indication would be nice

- clicking most of the menu links takes you to a differently formatted page. Is this still your site? Have no idea if I'm still on the same website. If its not your site why do you want to send visitors to a different site?

- I like the overall look of your site, the colours used, the header
